Dead Tenants follows the journey of the Preternatural Research Society (PRS) — a team of paranormal investigators — through the attics, basements, living rooms and back yards of the most haunted houses in the country. Coming to the aid of families experiencing unwanted ghosts and unexplainable activity in their homes, PRS is there to help.

As a team, PRS conducts three-day investigations. The team literally moves into a haunted home and lives with the besieged family for a long weekend. Their multi-pronged approach weaves the historical, scientific and psychic into a rich tapestry of a modern American haunting.

Each episode is one hour long and chronicles the investigation of a home from beginning to end. This new documentary series also features one “skeptic,” a friend or family member who doesn’t believe in what’s happening, but who is willing to spend the weekend with the team. Will they be convinced by the weekend’s end? Tune in to find out!

Currently, the show is set to be re-launched in the fall of 2006 internationally as well as domestically. At the present time, we can only confirm an international release. Please stay tuned.

A police officer and his wife are haunted by several ghosts in their kitchen.

There is more than just creaking old cars in this haunted junkyard.

A young boy challenges Jane on the truth, only to have the tables turned.
